These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 91phk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 91phk website, mobile interface, gaming services, payment facilities, promotional programs, and all other features and content made available through the platform.

91phk strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposited funds may be withheld pending investigation in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 91phk account in real time or within a short processing window depending on your chosen payment method. 91phk does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by 91phk as promptly as possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are generally processed within the same business day. PesoNet transfers follow standard interbank clearing timelines. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. 91phk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals may be delayed pending KYC verification or where 91phk's risk and compliance team requires additional review in accordance with AML obligations.

91phk does not impose withdrawal fees on players. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount that will be credited to your GCash, Maya, or bank account, subject to any minimum withdrawal thresholds displayed on the cashier page.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Bonus Abuse: 91phk operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering patterns designed purely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., low-margin arbitrage betting), colluding with other players to exploit promotions, and making deposits solely to claim a bonus with the intent to immediately withdraw. Where bonus abuse is identified, 91phk reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

91phk reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed by a player will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of claiming.

All games available on the 91phk platform are provided by licensed and regulated third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Jili, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play. Each game is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules will prevail in respect of the game itself.

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems operated by the respective game providers. 91phk does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are as set by the respective providers and may be viewed within the game information panel.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, server failure, or software malfunction that affects a game outcome, 91phk reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a demonstrable technical error will not be honoured. 91phk will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical disputes fairly and in a timely manner.

Disconnections: If you are disconnected from a live game or slot during an active round, the round will be completed according to the game's auto-play or server-side completion logic. Stakes already committed to a round at the point of disconnection are non-refundable. Any winnings resulting from the completed round will be credited to your account automatically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 91phk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms
• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, manipulate bet placement, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to generate winnings that would not result from normal gameplay
• Using the platform to launder money, facilitate fraud, or engage in any other criminal activity
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward 91phk staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 91phk platform or its underlying software
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 91phk account to any other person

All content on the 91phk platform — including but not limited to the 91phk name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 91phk or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 91phk platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 91phk platform without the prior written consent of 91phk.

All third-party game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider. 91phk's licence to display and distribute such content does not grant you any rights in respect of those third-party intellectual property assets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 91phk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — even if 91phk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

91phk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 91phk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

91phk does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, and third-party service failures may cause temporary unavailability. 91phk will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 91phk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

91phk collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the 91phk platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

91phk will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and game providers) only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and deliver services to you, and subject to appropriate data protection obligations.
